Horrific. Those kids deserve better and it’s disgusting that the posturing, performative, pro Hamas crowd say nothing about the abuse of boys in Afghanistan while sharing constant clips of Gazan kids, in order to demonise Israel.

And that’s why Hamas’ and Hezbollah’s enablers in the West are just as morally depraved as those they bow before.

Excellent, albeit horrifying, post, Kelli. Thank you for your continued good work.

I must be very naive. I absolutely cannot understand the mental gymnastics involved in the so-called justification for this abhorrent practise. Claiming that it is okay to rape boys because the men are not in love with them, is as logical as the justification by the pro Hamas people for the murder of Jewish babies - the "occupation".

I watched the doco the other night strangely enough. I must have come across it here as well. I had heard mention of young boys being abused and raped during the war - US soldiers were aware and unable to do anything about it. I didn’t know about the dancing boys though. It was truly harrowing viewing. Women are covered up and hidden and it has become customary and acceptable for the male gaze to fall on boys. The way in which these grotesque ‘men’ talked about all the ‘beautiful young boys’ available for their pleasure was simply revolting.

And yet nothing. No one considers this when western nations are being Muslimised. They simply offer banalities like ‘look at the Catholic Church’. No comparison when these young Afghan boys often end up murdered.

And our Governments must be aware of these things. When I researched this it was easy to find the material.

They are, 💯. There are many reports from commanding officers, CA units, MPs and more of the way they would be offered boys as hospitality - you’re a discourteous host if you don’t provide boys to rape - as a matter of course at military planning meetings etc. The afghans assumed that any younger soldiers were brought for their use in return. I recall that one warlord (a senior Afghan army officer) wouldn’t take no for an answer from a battalion CO regarding raping a member of the protective detail, until the Lt COL drew his sidearm and promised to execute him if he tried again.

What a repugnant society. I cannot comprehend why we would open our countries’ doors to anyone from there to bring their culture of abuse to us. It’s utter madness, like having our troops fighting and dying there for 20 years, while allowing for these monstrous and medieval attitudes and behaviors to continue. It blows my mind that we’ve taken our precious Western culture for granted for so long… they’re not coming to blend in; they’re coming to take over. Enough! Wake the fuck up! I say!

Gosh, if there were only some way to claim THE JEWS are behind this! Then we'd have 24/7 coverage around the world!

One aspect of this is the horror American servicemen faced and still are haunted by because their commanders did not let them interfere in their allies "cultural practices." Consider the experience of a young soldier raised in a normal culture who is trained to follow his nature which includes protecting the weak, who is sent to a fucking medieval barbarous place like modern Afghanistan. You are falling asleep one night and you hear young boys screaming in pain and terror as they are raped by the Afghan soldiers that you are supposed to be fighting alongside. When you rush out to shoot the evil fuck who is raping a boy, your officer - another American - stops you and tells you that the Americans have been forbidden to interfere.

Thank you for your part in helping bring greater awareness of these atrocities.

I understand it’s probably an unpopular opinion, but it makes me so angry when people talk about slavery ‘reparations’ after I’ve read articles like yours.

If slavery is so traumatising that that descendants 2 or 3 generations down the line want financial compensation, can’t we agree that money would be better spent trying to stop the modern slavery/sex trafficking that is still rife around the world?

Exactly. And the West is the only place that has abolished slavery, but are still the only ones held accountable. It’s nuts.

Hey there Kelli,

The article is informative.

Sexual perversion is common among other religions too. Most notably, the Catholic Church has a deeply embedded culture of pedophilia. For hundreds of years Catholic priests have been buggering young boys…

What's happening in Afghanistan is indeed ugly. The crazy thing is the US military when it occupied that country tolerated this vile behavior in order to “win” against the Taliban…..

Strange bedfellows.

This is utterly abhorrent - almost the worst example of the ills of extreme patriarchy I’ve ever heard of. It seems that the only reason why women are treated slightly better is the fact that they have a uterus, and thus are needed to produce babies -er, sons.

It isn’t completely confined to extreme Islamist cults, though. There are traces of it elsewhere -think of mediaeval Popes who frequently kept male catamites for their entertainment and sexual pleasure. Such men had little to do with ordinary women at all, regarding them as servants only, dangerous in their sexual intentions and to be seen but never heard. Sexual affairs with catamites were widely accepted because of cynicism about the reasons for vowed chastity -and ‘celibacy’ was what counted anyway -no marriage, or commitment, or mutuality, but sex was OK.

This isn’t to distract attention from the situation in Afghanistan four hundred years later -so much worse and still happening with no help in sight. It’s just to say that Islam doesn’t support it -this is a perversion that apparently arises in male dominated communities which deliberately cut themselves off from ordinary relationships with free women. Another way in which human beings eat their own children. We need to be aware that this exists among us, too, in different guises.

Public Television, as much as I hate to admit that I used to watch it, did s great expose on this called, "the dancing boys of Afghanistan" I advise everyone to try to watch it. It is one of the few shows the aired that didn't hold back at all. Just the facts.

As I recall there was a case where a US marine was killed by a warlord because the marine would not stop harping about this warlord kept a stable of dancing boys. The murder was covered up but spent a couple days in the news cycle.

Essentially, in Islam what happened in the days of Mohammad cannot be called immoral, be ause if it was Mohammad would have stopped it.

This all shows the clash of civilizations we are now experiencing. Oh, no. Just saying that it is a "clash of incompatible civilizations is considered hate speech. Hence the call on campuses fot the genocide of the Jews, the blocking of avenues in France Germany and England. Not to mention the grooming of young kaffir girls for rape and myscogeny.

Have a nice day.
