The whole Matt Chub name thing reminds me of the Seinfeld episode with Jerry dates a woman called Donna Chang who is white but he doesn’t realize this until he meets her in person. Of course Matt Chun would not find this funny because Jerry Seinfeld is Jewish so, never mind 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Isn't it interesting that they despise Australia, but for some reason they don't go try to live in Iran, Russia or China. Hmmm...I wonder why that is.

Also since they so hate imperialism and colonialism, when are they going to demand the dismantling of the Arabized states in the world. The most successful colonial project in the world was Islam. It spread from Arabia through all of Africa through Asia. It didn't happen organically, it was done through violence, slaughter, and genocide. It's why prominent on the Saudi flag, the ISIS and any Islamist flag is the sword.

Now here in the US, we have the first amendment which allows for these actions including burning the US flag. All political speech is allowed, except of course if you decided during COVID you didn't want to take the jab.

well here in the US most people do see it. It’s why Trump won. People do see what is happening and dont like it. But in truth not sure Trump will really do anything. His first action so far is to try to save TikTok despite the Chicoms influence because some big investor was upset about the law shutting it down.

While I agree that Islam is a huge threat to Western civilization remember that it is only the most recent threat to come around - the last "round" of this game took place during the cold war and the useful idiots congregated communist apologetics.

This man is a member of a 5th column of useful idiots - whatever the opposing side they would be supporting it. The staggering difference is that at least during the cold war our govts were willing to fight, now they have tied their own hands with concepts like diversity, inclusion etc.

Any conservative govt that follows must immediately set to work defunding ANY activity that allows itself to be used as a political platform, including public broadcasting, the education system and the arts. These people only survive because they suck at the taxpayer's teet. They need to be denied funding and access to audiences such as uni students to indoctrinate.

Trump is about to get round to this with overdue destruction of DEI, if Dutton promised the same he'd be elected in a landslide.

Ha! I just had this come up in my feed - your prediction obviously came true!

I also just woke up to the Iran strike news. I wonder if that Tulsi intelligence assessment denying Iran is after the bomb was a deliberate ploy to lay the regime at ease and conceal that the Trump cabinet were planning the attack for some time.

The reason they stay is to maintain their grant cash-flow from the Australian taxpayer.

The government is too spineless to indict them for sedition.

It’s time for the laws of power to reestablish the equilibrium.

It’s the silver lining to the cloud of Australia’s weak Constitutional protection of basic freedoms like freedom of speech, freedom of religion etc. We actually could charge someone with treason -perhaps -unless they were acting under parliamentary privilege, like Senator Lidia Thorpe. I want a law that prohibits the corrupt colonisation of the minds of children -but meanwhile Mr Jones is banned from my children’s booklist. Thanks for the heads-up.

I'm over the ditch in NZ - we're never far behind our Aussie cuzzies, so I always appreciate your perspective - and am overwhelmed at the crazy hypocrisy I see in the inexplicable inversion of plain ol' common sense. AND the inability to apply anything reMOTEly like critical thinking to these issues

From Gerard Henderson's column in Friday's Australian:

"And so it has come to this. France hosted a successful Olympic Games, centred on Paris, in mid-2024. However, Ice Hockey Australia has abandoned world championship matches scheduled to be played in Melbourne in April and May 2025.

IHA officials are not saying much about this issue; neither is the Victorian Labor government, nor Victoria Police. But media leaks reveal that IHA president Ryan O’Handley advised the International Ice Hockey Federation in late December that the World Men’s Division II (Group A) championship would be cancelled on account of security concerns. The matches were to feature Australia, Belgium, Serbia, The Netherlands, United Arab Emirates and – yes – Israel.

In a leaked email, O’Handley told his international board that, in Melbourne, “anti-Israel protests and activities have escalated significantly since we were awarded the championship and there are now significant concerns regarding safety and security of the event”. Victoria Police has said that while it had provided advice about protest activity in Melbourne, the decision to cancel the matches was made by IHA."

What use is an elected government just waiting for their pensions?

The t-shirt illustration and the use of f-bombs instead of reasoned argument just underlines that woke is fundamentally the politics of the playground. The money they make in the form of arts grants is obscene; proof that, for all their "anti-capitalist" pretentions, woke is just a money-making racket.

I agree, these two should be investigated by the police. The hatred they are spewing definitely shouldn't be rewarded with government grants. Makes you wonder who decides who gets these grants. As an Asian Australian, I am thankful only that neither look remotely Chinese.

This is a brilliant piece, thank you. I want to understand what the ‘Australia’ that Jones/Chun dreams of would actually look like. What sort of leadership and order does he envisage? What country in the world is doing it as he imagines? And if there is such a place, why isn’t he there?

I would love to know the answer to that too. They claim to want redistribution of wealth, but don’t want to put in the work to attain that wealth. It’s like Clementine Ford continually going on about how immoral people are who own investment properties because she has to pay them rent. But she is a grown woman who has barely had a proper job her whole life. So who’s fault is it that she has never bought a home?

If members of the "post-1492 generations" (yes, I know it was a lot later in some places) are so convinced that colonisation is a Bad Thing, what are they still doing in the likes of the US, Canada, Australia or NZ? Why haven't they f***ed off back to wherever their ancestors came from, just as they'd like certain others to do based on their misguided view of the universe?

Of course, there's every chance that those ancestors themselves descended from colonisers - Angles, Saxons and Celts weren't native to the British Isles, after all, so being consistent will involve a lot of research, in addition to the basic courtesy of upping sticks and getting the hell out of their current host countries.

😳😡 Hate speech and inciting violence should not fall under category of " free speech" or "activism"!!! In U.S., one cannot yell " fire" in a crowded theatre and call it " free speech". When in fact, people are doing worse, without consequence. I was recently called a " White Supremacist" by a Muslim in U.K. for a comment saying, Gazans could have made "their" land into beautiful place on the Mediterranean, as did the Israelis making their remaining piece of land into a beautiful place from sand dunes. These " so called "Progressives" IMO, are nothing of the kind. Agree they are all domestic terrorists and fit legal description of Treason and Sedition. I've no idea if I'll be around to see the end results, but have seen all I care to, for certain. Thanks for showing their faces as most are afraid of being tagged into court when the truth is told and shown.

That is a really good question Shawn. As usual it’s often the vocal minority that get the attention. But our government seems to be pandering to them. I would say most of my friends are sick of the left bullshit. I even have gay friends that are over the trans rights rubbish. A few local elections have seen a swing away from the left, so I am hoping that this continues at our federal election this year. When I’m on social media though it feels like the majority supports Gaza/Hamas, and I really worry about the algorithms that our kids generation are subject too. The kids it seems are generally in support of the left. But of course they have little real life experience, it’s just a fantasy to them.
