From the bottom of my heart I wanted to thank each and every one of you that has subscribed, followed and interacted with my little Substack account.
As a single working Mum, most of my time is spent providing for my family, but writing gives me so much. It’s my hobby and my passion, and I cannot express how much it has meant to me to be able to identify with like minded thoughtful souls.
I understand more than most how finances are tight, and my content will always be available freely (as long as I feel its safe to do so for my family).
However if you are in a position to upgrade to a paid Subscription, please do know that it makes a huge difference to our little world. I have created a discount code for an Annual Subscription.
I promise you that I will continue to do my best to share the truth, with openness and honesty, with my own personal spin from the suburbs of Melbourne Australia.
Much love, Kelli.
Lifelines are two-way streets. In this upside down era where we’re flooded perpetually with noise that testifies to the fact that the world has lost its mind, voices like yours, which express moral clarity with such power and eloquence, are among the few things that allow me to have faith that there are many people who are not only decent and just, but are willing to risk their own safety to speak up.
Also, as an American who has traveled to Oz, has only had the most wonderful of experiences there, and on numerous occasions prior to 10/7 could be heard uttering the phrase, “I’d totally move to Australia!”, watching some of the things that have transpired there in the past 600 days have chilled me to the bone. Then I think of Aussies like yourself and Erin Moran and am reassured that my love for your country was not misplaced.
You rock well beyond the suburbs, Kelli. Your words are thoughtful, potent, and resonate on the other side of the world. Your great grandkids will look back and read what you put out into the world, feel pride, and know how important standing up for what is right is.
Appreciate you and your work.
Great job!
